Let's clean our minds of all the emotional blockages. Let us check and remove all the stains of harsh words, bitterness, betrayal and past hurts. Let us now focus on the effects of positive feelings love, peace, forgiveness, acceptance, trust etc. on health.

Remind yourself, before the start of each day that you are a compassionate being. Radiate happiness and love, remain calm and stable. Do not get affected by people's behavior and words. No one can hurt you. You are responsible for your own emotions, and you always have a choice. Forgive & Heal yourself. Past is past, learn from it, delete it and let it go.
